End of Year Shutdown

The Department will be closed over the Christmas and New Year period from 3pm on Monday 24th December 2018.  The Hearing Services inbox will be unmonitored, and the call centre will be shut. Normal business will resume at 8:30am on Wednesday 2nd January 2019.   We would like to wish everyone a safe and happy holiday.

End of Year Deadlines

  • Applications for A Voucher When One Has Not Expired received after Friday 14th December 2018 will not be processed until Wednesday 2nd January 2019.
  • Our final Payment Run for claims submitted through the HSO portal will be on Friday 14th December 2018.  The next Payment Run for all approved claims will recommence on Monday 7th January 2019.
