How can I deliver services?

This section provides information for hearing services providers to assist them to deliver services under the Australian Government Hearing Services Program (the program). 

Provider Transition

The Department of health has established a transition period from 1 October 2019 until 31 March 2020 to allow providers time to implement new processes, procedures and templates, in accordance with the new Hearing Services Program (Voucher) Instrument 2019 and Service Provider Contract. 

The Provider Transition webpage will help to keep providers up to date during the transition period. 

Contracted Service Providers

Hearing Practitioners

This section is for hearing practitioners who are currently providing services to clients of the program, or practitioners seeking to become a listed practitioner.
